摘要
导师制团队学习法以内部导师作为实际工作指导,外部导师作为知识技能补充,以工作团队或跨部门人员组成学习团队,以组织战略为方向,以解决问题为目标;通过把握理论与实践学习的平衡,做好分类、分级、分层的需求调研与设计,采取专题学习、对标学习、主题工作坊、学习成果验收四个实施步骤,确保高校继教工作者专业能力的有效提升。可以总结为:成人学习有规律,项目设计有章法,内容开发有依据,教学实施有策略,效果检验有工具。
The mentor system team learning method uses internal mentors as actual work guidance,external mentors as supplements of knowledge and skills,and a work team or cross-departmental personnel to form a learning team,with organizational strategies as the direction and problem-solving as the goal;learning by grasping theory and practice balance,do a good job in the research and design of classification,grading,and stratification,and adopt four implementation steps of topic learning,bench marking learning,theme workshops,and learning results acceptance to ensure the effective improvement of the professional capabilities of college teachers.It can be briefly summarized as follows:adult learning has regularity,project design has rules and regulations,content development has a basis,teaching implementation has strategies,and effectiveness tests have tools.
