农科高校大学生从事新型职业农民意愿分析--基于职业农民培育策略改进的视角

Investigation on the Willingness of College Students in Agricultural Sciences to Engage in New Professional Farmers--Based on the Perspective of Improvement of Cultivation Strategies of Professional Farmers

实施乡村振兴战略必须破解人才瓶颈制约,大力培育新型职业农民,建立职业农民制度,聚天下人才而用之。农科高校大学生无疑是新型职业农民较有价值的培育对象,是实施乡村振兴战略过程中具有潜力的人才队伍。关注农科高校大学生就业倾向,探讨农科高校大学生从事新型职业农民意愿在当今社会尤为必要。基于743份有效问卷,对农科高校大学生从事新型职业农民的意愿倾向、影响因素进行探究,并就新型职业农民培育策略提出合理建议。

To implement the rural revitalization strategy,we must overcome the talent bottleneck,vigorously cultivate new professional farmers,establish a professional farmer system,and gather talents from all over the world to use them.Agricultural college students are undoubtedly the more valuable training targets for new-type professional farmers,and the talent team with potential in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy.It is especially necessary to pay attention to the employment tendency of agricultural college students and explore the willingness of agricultural college students to engage in new occupations in today's society.Based on 743 valid questionnaires,it explores the willingness and influencing factors of college students in agricultural colleges and universities to engage in new-type professional farmers,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on the cultivation strategies of new-type professional farmers.
