摘要
循环肿瘤DNA(circulating tumor DNA,ctDNA)是血液中肿瘤细胞产生的游离DNA。ctDNA作为一种新型的非侵入性的检测方法,与传统检测方法比较,在肿瘤的早期诊断、筛查、治疗和预后评估方面具有明显的优势。本文就以上几个方面对ctDNA的临床应用现状和挑战作一综述,以期进一步探讨ctDNA的临床应用方向。
Circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA)is free DNA produced by tumor cells in the blood.As a new type of non-invasive detection method,ctDNA has obvious advantages in the early diagnosis,screening,treatment and prognosis evaluation of tumors compared with traditional detection methods.This article summarizes the current status and challenges of clinical application of ctDNA in the above aspects,in order to further explore the clinical application direction of ctDNA.
