基于福建省政府对茶叶产业的重视,福建省茶业蓬勃发展,茶叶产业化水平居全国前列。本文通过详细介绍福建省茶叶供应链各环节现状,分析了福建省茶叶供应链现存的生产种植规范化程度不高、冷链运输体系不完善、流通过程中信息不对称等问题,系统提出了以政府和龙头企业为中心的茶叶农民合作联合社模式,发展茶叶供应链数字化,完善农产品冷链运输的发展路径。

Based on the Fujian provincial government's attention to the tea industry,the tea industry in Fujian Province is booming,and the level of tea industrialization is in the forefront of the country.This paper introduces the current situation of tea supply chain in Fujian Province in detail,and points out the existing problems of tea supply chain in Fujian Province,such as low standardization of production and planting,imperfect cold chain transportation system,and asymmetric information in the circulation process.It systematically puts forward the model of tea farmers'Cooperative union with the government and leading enterprises as the center,so as to develop the digitization of tea supply chain and improve the quality of agricultural products The development path of chain transportation.
