健康中国2030背景下河南省健康老龄化体系优化研究

Research on the Optimization of the Healthy Aging System in Henan Province under the Background of Healthy China 2030

河南省民政厅统计数据显示,2019年河南人口已位居全国第三,老年人口占比已达16.8%,呈现出基数大、寿龄高、增速快、空巢和失能比例高等特征,老龄化问题相当严峻。本文首先结合老龄化程度、老龄化速度及抚养比等指标分析河南省老龄化的现状;其次结合问卷数据,分析各因素对河南省老年人健康状态的影响;最后,基于马斯洛需求层次理论,提出优化河南省健康老龄化体系的建议。

Statistics from the Department of Civil Affairs of Henan Province show that Henan's population has ranked third in the country in 2019,and the elderly population has accounted for 16.8%,showing a large base,a high age,a fast growth rate,a high proportion of empty nests and disability,etc.Characteristics,the aging problem is quite serious.This article first analyzes the current situation of aging in Henan Province based on the aging degree,aging speed and dependency ratio;secondly,it analyzes the impact of various factors on the health status of the elderly in Henan Province based on the questionnaire data;finally,based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Put forward suggestions for optimizing the healthy aging system in Henan Province.
