苏南、苏中和苏北地区大学生创业政策比较研究--以南京、南通、徐州为例

A Comparative Study on the Entrepreneurship Policy of University Students in Southern Jiangsu,Central Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu——Take Nanjing,Nantong and Xuzhou as Examples

本文旨在考察和比较江苏省苏南、苏中、苏北地区代表性城市大学生创业政策,结合地域特点,采用内容分析法从五个维度比较了南京、南通、徐州三个城市大学生创业政策。结果表明,南京的创业政策覆盖面大,但较为笼统,针对性不强;南通的政策层次感较强,还需进一步凸显特色;徐州市的资金扶持力度最大,但缺乏引导创业人才自身发展的内生性措施。需要从合理制定政策、因地制宜;加大宣传执行力度、完善评估监督机制;深化创业教育、培育创业文化等方面进一步完善各地的大学生创业政策。

This article aims to investigate and compare the entrepreneurial policies of college students in representative cities in Southern Jiangsu,Central Jiangsu,and Northern Jiangsu Province,combining regional characteristics,and using content analysis to compare the entrepreneurship of college students in three cities,Nanjing,Nantong,and Xuzhou from five dimensions.policy.The results show that Nanjing’s entrepreneurial policies cover a large area,but are relatively general and are not targeted;Nantong’s policies have a strong sense of hierarchy and need to further highlight their characteristics;Xuzhou’s financial support is the greatest,but it lacks the internal resources to guide entrepreneurial talents to develop themselves.Health measures.It is necessary to formulate policies rationally and adapt measures to local conditions;increase propaganda and implementation efforts,improve evaluation and supervision mechanisms;deepen entrepreneurship education and cultivate entrepreneurship culture to further improve entrepreneurship policies for college students in various regions.
