中药熏洗联合手法复位治疗踝关节骨折脱位的疗效研究

Therapeutic effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation and washing combined with manual reduction on ankle fracture and dislocation

目的分析中药熏洗联合手法复位治疗踝关节骨折脱位的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2019年12月本院收治的78例踝关节骨折脱位患者的临床资料,根据患者就诊顺序编号,随机分为甲组和乙组,每组39例。甲组患者单纯应用手法复位治疗,乙组患者在甲组基础上联合中药熏洗治疗,比较两组患者踝关节功能优良率、疼痛消失时间和住院时间。结果乙组患者踝关节功能优良率为92.31%,高于甲组的76.92%(P<0.05);乙组疼痛缓解时间为(3.54±1.16)d、住院时间为(5.64±2.18)d,短于甲组的(5.46±1.36)d,(7.52±2.35)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对踝关节骨折脱位患者采用中药熏洗联合手法复位治疗,能明显改善患者踝关节功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation and washing combined with manual reduction in the treatment of ankle fracture and dislocation.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 78 patients with ankle fractures and dislocations admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019.According to the patient's order number,they were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 39 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with manual reduction alone,and patients in group B were treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation and washing on the basis of group A.The ankle joint function excellent and good rate,pain disappearance time and hospitalization time between the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of ankle joint function in group B was 92.31%,which was higher than 76.92%in group A(P<0.05);the pain relief time in group B was(3.54±1.16)d and the hospitalization time was(5.64±2.18)d,which was shorter than that in group A(5.46±1.36)d,(7.52±2.35)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ankle joint fracture and dislocation,the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation and washing combined with manual reduction treatment can significantly improve the patient's ankle joint function and is worthy of clinical application.
