右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉对结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者围术期脑保护的影响分析

Effect of dexmedetomidine-assisted general anesthesia on perioperative brain protection in patients with colon cancer and intestinal obstruction

目的分析右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉对结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者围术期脑保护的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月本院收治的80例结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后分成两组,每组40例。对照组予以常规全麻,观察组以右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉,比较两组脑保护情况、镇痛效果。结果术后6 h,观察组NSE、S100B蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1 d、3 d,观察组MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05);术后6 h,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,Ramsay镇静评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉用于结肠癌合并肠梗阻围术期脑保护效果显著,镇痛效果好,可以减少认知功能损伤,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of dexmedetomidine-assisted general anesthesia on perioperative brain protection in patients with colon cancer and intestinal obstruction.Methods A total of 80 patients with colon cancer and intestinal obstruction admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to admission,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given regular general anesthesia,and the observation group was given dexmedetomidine assisted general anesthesia.The brain protection and analgesic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The 6 h after surgery,NSE and S100B protein levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);At 1 and 3 days after operation,the MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);6 h after the operation,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Ramsay sedation score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine-assisted general anesthesia for colon cancer combined with intestinal obstruction has a significant effect on brain protection during perioperative period.It has a good analgesic effect and can reduce cognitive impairment.It is worthy of clinical application.
