内镜下全层切除术治疗胃固有肌层间质瘤的疗效探究

Exploration of the curative effect of endoscopic full-thickness resection in the treatment of gastric muscularis propria stromal tumor

目的探究内镜下全层切除术治疗胃固有肌层间质瘤的疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年11月至2019年11月于本院接受治疗的胃固有肌层间质瘤患者90例作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。采用传统手术治疗的患者作为对照组,采用内镜下全层切除术治疗的患者作为观察组,比较两组患者并发症发生情况及手术相关指标。结果观察组并发症发生率为8.88%,低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内镜下全层切除术治疗胃固有肌层间质瘤的疗效显著,能有效降低并发症发生风险并缩短手术时间、住院时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of endoscopic full-thickness resection in the treatment of gastric myometrial stromal tumors.Methods A retrospective analysis of 90 patients with gastric muscularis propria stromal tumor treated in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.Patients treated with traditional surgery were selected as the control group,and patients treated with endoscopic full-thickness resection were selected as the observation group.The occurrence of complications and surgery-related indicators between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.88%,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group(P<0.05);the operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic full-thickness resection is effective in the treatment of gastric muscularis propria stromal tumor.It can effectively reduce the risk of complications and shorten the operation time and hospital stay.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
