盆底肌综合康复治疗对产后盆底功能障碍患者盆底肌电值及尿失禁的影响

The effect of comprehensive rehabilitation of pelvic floor muscles on pelvic floor electromyography and urinary incontinence in postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction

目的探讨盆底肌综合康复治疗对产后盆底功能障碍患者盆底肌电值及尿失禁的影响。方法选取2019年1—12月本院收治的产后盆底功能障碍患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规盆底肌肉锻炼,观察组采用盆底肌综合康复治疗,比较两组干预前后盆底肌力、盆底肌电值及尿失禁改善情况。结果干预前,两组盆底肌力及Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌电值比较差异无统计学意义;干预后,两组盆底肌力及Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌电值均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组盆底肌力及Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌电值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组尿失禁程度发生率(7.50%)均低于对照组(25.00%)(P<0.05)。结论盆底肌综合康复治疗可提高产后盆底功能障碍患者盆底肌力及盆底肌纤维肌电值,改善尿失禁程度,降低尿失禁发生率,临床疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation of pelvic floor muscles on pelvic floor electromyography and urinary incontinence in postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods 80 cases of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine pelvic floor exercise,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation.The improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic floor electromyogram and urinary incontinence were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in pelvic floor muscle strength and the EMG values of typeⅠandⅡmuscle fibers between the two groups;after the intervention,the pelvic floor muscle strength and the myoelectric value of the first and the second kind of muscle fibers were significantly increased(P<0.05);the pelvic floor muscle strength and the myoelectric value of the first and the second kind of muscle fibers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the incidence of urinary incontinence in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation of pelvic floor muscles can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength and fiber electromyography of pelvic floor muscles,improve the degree of urinary incontinence,reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence,and the clinical effect is satisfactory.
