城市轨道交通通号专业设备故障智能化管理研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着城市轨道交通线网往网络级,甚至超大网络级规模发展,客流量的急剧攀升对设备的可靠性和安全性提出了更高的要求。分析了通号设备维保现状和维保管理面临的问题,以及通号设备故障智能化管理需求;在此基础上,提出了城市轨道交通通号专业设备故障智能化管理体系,介绍了该体系建设所需的先进技术,以及体系的架构和相应的业务功能。通过城市轨道交通通号专业设备故障智能化管理建设,能够实现快速诊断、定位故障,提升维护效率;能够实现维保模式从故障修、计划修向状态修转变,提升维保质量。 With the development of rail transit lines from network level scale to super network level scale,the rapid increase of urban rail transit passenger flow raises higher requirements for the reliability and safety of rail transit equipment.Through analyzing the status quo of equipment fault maintenance and management problems of the community branch company,requirements for intelligent management of communication equipment fault are discussed.On this basis,an intelligent management system of urban rail transit communication professional equipment fault is proposed,the required advanced technology,the architecture of the system and the corresponding business functions for the system construction are introduced.Based on the construction of the intelligent management system,fast diagnosis and fault location,transmission of maintenance mode from fault repair,planned repair to condition repair will be realized,and both the maintenance efficiency and maintenance quality will be improved.
