摘要
轮对是保证地铁列车平稳安全运行的重要部件,对其进行磨耗状况的监测是车辆日常维护的必要内容。轮对镟修次数过多会缩短轮对使用寿命,增加维修成本,因此需要确定最优镟修策略,以延长轮对使用寿命。基于上海轨道交通4号线车辆轮对磨耗量数据进行数理分析,选择轮缘厚、轮径作为模型参数,在现有数据的基础上,建立数学模型;通过Matlab软件进行轮对磨耗仿真计算,得到各镟修策略下轮对使用的寿命和镟修次数,通过最少镟修次数来实现轮对最长的使用寿命为优化目标。最终确定了最优镟修策略集,并得到当前使用的镟修策略下的轮对理论磨耗曲线,可为后续轮对尺寸监测提供参考,并对轮对异常磨耗等问题进行提前预警。
Wheelset is an important component to ensure the smooth and safe operation of metro vehicle,its wear condition monitoring is a necessary content of the vehicle daily maintenance.Since excessive wheelset repairs will shorten its service life and increase the maintenance costs,it is necessary to determine the optimal repair strategy to extend the service life of the wheelset.In this paper,the vehicle wheelset wear data of Shanghai metro Line 4 is used for mathematical analysis,the wheel flange thickness and wheel diameter are selected as model parameters.Based on the existing data,a mathematical model is established.Then,the wheelset wear simulation is carried out by MATLAB software,the wheelset service life and the repairing frequency of each repair strategy are obtained,aiming to achieve the goal of the longest wheelset service life through the minimum number of repairs.Finally,the optimal set of repair strategies is determined,and the theoretical wheelset wear curve under the current repair strategy is obtained,which provides reference for the subsequent wheelset dimension inspection,and realizes the early warning of abnormal wheelset wear problems.
