摘要
上海轨道交通3号线石龙路停车列检库库前结构钢立柱存在根部腐蚀较为严重的现象,且越靠近正线的立柱,其根部腐蚀越严重。针对杂散电流引起的钢立柱根部电腐蚀情况,对石龙路停车场杂散电流进行相关参数测试,包括出入段单向导通装置断开前后钢立柱流出电流测试、单向导通装置电流与出入线钢轨绝缘分段处电位测试、停车库周边土壤电位梯度及杂散电流方向测试,通过对测试结果进行分析,查找出了导致结构钢立柱腐蚀的主要原因,并提出了相应的解决方案和杂散电流防护措施。
The corrosion of structural steel column rood in front of the Shilong Road Parking Lot warehouse on Shanghai metro Line 3 is very serious.The closer to the main line,the more severe column root corrosion will be.According to the electric corrosion of steel column root caused by stray current,a field test in Shilong Road Parking Lot is carried out,including the current test of steel column before and after disconnection of unidirectional conduction device in entrance and exit section,test on the current of unidirectional conduction device and the potential at the insulation section,measurement of soil potential gradient and stray current direction around the parking lot.Through analyzing the test results,the main causes of steel column rood corrosion are identified,corresponding solutions and stray current protection measures are proposed for this issue.
