摘要
基于FMECA(故障模式、影响及危害性分析)分析法建立了地铁车辆维修备件ABC(帕累托分析法)分类法模型,以备件的故障危害度、故障影响程度、备件采购价格及备件采购周期为评价指标,利用层次分析法计算各指标权重,通过FMECA分析法计算备件的故障危害度,使用模糊评价法确定各指标分值,利用综合评分法对备件进行ABC分类。以地铁车辆转向架系统为例,采用该分类方法进行实例分析。采用该方法可找出地铁车辆维修工作中的重点备件,提高备件管理工作的有效性和针对性。
Based on FMECA(failure mode,effect and criticality analysis),the ABC(Pareto analysis)model of metro vehicle maintenance spare parts is established.Taking the failure hazard degree,fault influence degree,purchase price and purchase period of spare parts as evaluation indexes,the weight of each index is calculated by AHP(ana1ytic hierarchy process),the fault criticality of spare parts is calculated by FMECA,and the scores of each index are determined by fuzzy evaluation method.Then,ABC classification of spare parts is carried out by using comprehensive scoring method.Finally,taking the bogie system as an example,practical cases are analyzed.The results show that this method can effectively identify the key spare parts in the maintenance of metro vehicles,improve the effectiveness and pertinence of spare parts management.
