摘要
大电流脱扣是直流断路器保护中的重要方式之一。介绍了上海轨道交通现用的赛雪龙直流断路器大电流脱扣的作用及工作原理,建立了针对赛雪龙直流断路器大电流脱扣动作电流及对应刻度的数学模型,并给出了基于该数学模型的校验流程。试验结果验证了首先用快速模式获得大电流脱扣大致动作值,然后再用自动模式对断路器进行精确测试这种模式的有效性,达到了缩小断路器刻度调整范围,提高工作效率的目的。
High-current trip is one of the important ways of DC circuit breaker protection.The function and working principle of Secheron DC circuit breaker high-current trip used by Shanghai rail transit are described.In this paper,by setting up a mathematical model of Secheron DC circuit breaker high current tripping action current and the corresponding calibration,the testing process based on the mathematical model is obtained.The result shows that the way by using fast mode to obtain the approximate action value of high current tripping firstly,and then the automatic mode accurately to test the effectiveness of the circuit breaker will narrow the scale adjustment range of the circuit breaker,enhance the working efficiency.
