Case Study of the Suspender Replacement for Urban Rail Transit Arch Bridge

以上海轨道交通3号线苏州河桥吊杆更换工程为案例,介绍了拱桥桥梁结构和吊杆病害,阐述了吊杆更换的顺序、兜吊方案的选择、吊杆力转换要求和施工控制要求,总结了整体式兜吊和半幅式兜吊的吊杆更换流程,整理了施工监测的测点布置和主要测量成果。该工程案例经验可为同类施工提供参考。

Taking the suspender replacement project of Suzhou River Bridge on Shanghai metro Line 3 as an example,the structure of arch bridge and the suspender diseases are introduced,the suspender replacement sequence,the selection of underpinning solutions,the underpinning and operation control requirements are elaborated.On this basis,the suspender replacement procedures of the whole underpinning system and the half underpinning system are summarized.the arrangement of the construction monitoring points and main surveying achievement are sorted out.Relevant experiences of this project can provide reference for similar constructions.
