摘要
上海轨道交通11号线赛车场基地在进行日常接触网停电作业时,发现停车库内停13道B端隔离开关连杆处有冒火星现象,火星持续15 min左右消失,而此时赛车场基地全站场接触网已停电。针对该异常情况,进行了现场调查,并从架空地线、杂散电流以及整个供电系统这3个方面分析了潜在影响因素,提出了相应的整改措施:在11号线赛车场基地停车场每个隔离开关位置加装接地极,在每个隔离开关位置各加装一根电缆并进行并联短接;断开赛车场基地停车场的架空地线与正线的连接。该异常情况得到有效解决。
During the daily power failure operation of OCS(outage management system)in Shanghai metro Line 11 racetrack base,mars phenomenon was detected at the connecting rod of the B-end disconnector on track 13 in the depot,which lasted about 15 minutes,at this time the catenary of the entire station OCS was cut off.In view of this abnormal situation,field investigation is carried out,the potential influencing factors are analyzed from overhead ground wire,stray current and the whole power supply system,corresponding measures are proposed.The grounding electrode is installed and a cable is added at each disconnector position to short circuit in parallel,then,the overhead ground wire is disconnected from the main line all over the Line 11 racetrack base.In this way,the abnormal situation is effectively solved.
