Application Management System of Dual Safety Prevention Mechanism for Urban Rail Transit Special Equipment

依据国家和上海市政府关于建设特种设备双重安全预防机制文件精神,结合上海地铁维护保障有限公司特种设备安全管理现状,选取适用的风险辨识方法,构建双重安全机制模型,设计隐患排查流程,开发了城市轨道交通特种设备双重安全预防机制应用管理系统,该系统将国家标准和上海市地方标准结合在实际作业流程中,实现特种设备安全风险的管控和隐患排查管控。

According to the spirit of the State and Shanghai Municipal Government documents on the construction of dual prevention mechanism for special equipment,and combined with the safety management status of special equipment in Shanghai Metro Maintenance Support Co.,Ltd.,suitable risk identification methods are selected to construct a dual prevention mechanism model,and design the hidden danger detection process.On this basis,the application management system of dual safety prevention mechanism for urban rail transit special equipment is developed,which could implement safety risk control and hidden danger investigation control for urban rail transit special equipment according to the State and Shanghai municipal standards in the actual operation process.
