Research on Building Inventory Method of the Seventh National Census in Shanghai

人口普查是全国人口数据的重要来源,是一项基础性的国情调查。作为人口普查的前期准备工作,建筑物清查可以明确普查区边界,落实普查机构和普查人员职责范围,是不可或缺的一部分。基于上海市第七次人口普查建筑物清查工作,对工作内容、流程以及各个环节进行了梳理总结,希望能拓宽公众和业界对建筑物清查乃至人口普查工作的认知,同时也希望能对国情普查类工作起到借鉴和推动作用。

Census is an important source of national population data and a basic national survey.As the preparatory work of census,building inventory is an indispensable part,which can make clear the boundary of census area and implement the responsibilities of census institutions and personnel.Based on the building inventory work of the seventh census in Shanghai,this paper summarizes the work content,process and each link,hoping to broaden the public’s cognition of building inspection and even census work,and also hopes to play a reference and promote role in the national census work.
