多厂MPIMS模型的建设及应用

摘要 利用ASPEN公司PIMS软件建立了广东某炼油厂和化工厂的单厂模型,将两个LP单厂模型集成用于评估二者之间的生产和经营的协同效果。多厂MPIMS模型可以依据原料、产品市场价格和装置燃动消耗等变化因素,测算炼化一体化潜在互供物料价值变化情况,根据模型测算结果,统筹优化双方物料的互供,实现炼油和化工的效益最大化。通过对加氢尾油、丙烷、催化干气及液化气等物料的互供价值进行测算分析,识别炼油化工潜在物料的价值,为炼化一体化效益做出重大贡献。 A single plant model of an oil refinery and a chemical plant in Guangdong province was established by using ASPEN PIMS software,and then two LP single plant models were integrated to evaluate the synergistic effect of production and operation between them.The multi-plant MPIMS model can measure the value changes of the potential mutually-supplied materials in refining and chemical integration based on the changing factors of raw materials,product market price and device combustion consumption.Based on the calculation results of the model,it can provide suggestions on the value sharing of OCA mutually-supplied materials,coordinate and optimize the mutually-supplied materials of both parties,and maximize the benefits of refining and chemical industry.Through calculating and analyzing the mutual supply value of hydrotreating tail oil,propane,catalytic dry gas and liquefied gas,the value of potential materials in refining and chemical industry was identified,so as to make significant contributions to the benefits of refining and chemical industry integration.
