摘要
介绍了苯乙烯生产工艺技术现状及新技术研究进展,重点对国内外现有的主要工艺路线的生产成本和市场供需进行了分析。分析结果表明:目前苯乙烯产能过剩,未来市场竞争更加激烈,加强落后装置和产能的淘汰和提高装置技术经济指标尤为重要。同时对苯乙烯市场发展趋势进行了分析和预测,为苯乙烯行业发展提供了建议。
The status quo of production technology and research progress of styrene were introduced.The production cost of the main existing production processes and the market supply and demand at home and abroad were analyzed.The analysis results showed that styrene production is overcapacity currently,and the future market competition will become more intense.It is particularly important to strengthen the elimination of backward equipment and production capacity,and improve the technical and economic indicators of the equipment.Analysis and forecast were made on the developing trend of styrene to provide suggestions for the development of styrene industry.
