歧化过滤器内筒鼓包事故分析与处理

摘要 通过对歧化过滤器内筒鼓包事故的调查分析,确定事故发生的原因:一是导热油回油管路阀门关闭形成封闭系统;二是蒸汽供热不连续,疏水阀在进出口压差减小时疏水慢,夹套及管线内易残留积水,导致夹套及管线内的媒介在过滤环节持续受热,温度升高,体积膨胀或压力骤增,致使内筒鼓包变形被压瘪。最后提出了处理措施,避免以后类似事故的再次发生。 Through the investigation and analysis of the bulge accident of the inner cylinder of the disproportionation filter,the causes of the accident were determined:one is that the heat transfer oil return line valve is closed to form a closed system,the other is that the steam heating is not continuous.When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the trap is reduced,the drainage is slow,and the jacket and pipeline are easy to retain water.As a result,the medium in the jacket and the pipeline continuously increases in temperature during the filtration process,and the volume expands or the pressure increases sharply,which causes the inner cylinder to deform and collapse.Finally,measures are proposed to prevent similar accidents from happening again in the future.
