摘要
介绍了管式炉蒸汽裂解、甲醇制烯烃、催化裂解等几种制乙烯的主要生产工艺,并总结了近几年乙烷氧化脱氢、甲烷制乙烯、合成气制乙烯、原油直接制乙烯和生物质制乙烯方面的技术进展,指出乙烯原料多元化发展已成为产业发展的必然趋势,随着轻烃利用项目的不断推进,未来一段时间,轻烃裂解路线将成为我国新增乙烯产能的主要来源之一。
The main production processes of ethylene were reviewed,including steam pyrolysis,methanol to olefins,catalytic cracking.In addition,the technical progresses in ethane oxidative dehydrogenation,methane to ethylene,syngas to ethylene,crude oil direct to ethylene and biomass to ethylene in recent years were summarized.It pointed out that the diversified development of ethylene raw materials has become an inevitable trend of industrial development.With the continuous advancement of light hydrocarbon utilization projects,light hydrocarbon cracking routes will become one of the main sources of new ethylene production capacity in China in the future.
