烧伤患者照顾者生活质量及其影响因素

Life Quality of Caregivers of Burn Patients and Its Influencing Factors

目的调查烧伤患者照顾者生活质量及其影响因素,为制订改善烧伤患者照顾者生活质量的护理措施提供一定依据。方法采用偶遇抽样法选取2017年10月至2018年11月就诊于银川市某三甲医院烧伤科的209例烧伤患者的主要照顾者,采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、简明健康状况量表(SF-36)对这209例照顾者进行调查,分析其生活质量的影响因素。结果照顾者SF-36量表中生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康维度的得分依次为(95.98±7.99)、(79.43±34.17)、(81.58±21.72)、(61.03±14.65)、(51.32±23.05)、(72.13±10.79)、(37.48±39.28)、(60.73±20.75)分,其中一般健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康维度得分低于国内常模(P<0.05)。烧伤严重程度对照顾者一般健康、活力、精神健康得分存在影响(P<0.05),烧伤面积对照顾者活力、精神健康得分存在影响(P<0.05)。照顾者年龄、经济状况是其生理健康的影响因素(P<0.05),性别、居住地、每日睡眠时长是其心理健康的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论烧伤患者照顾者生活质量较低,烧伤严重程度、烧伤面积以及照顾者性别、年龄、经济状况、居住地、每日睡眠时长是其影响因素。

Objective To investigate the quality of life of caregivers of burn patients and its influencing factors,and provide a basis for formulating nursing measures to improve the quality of life of caregivers.Methods The accidental sampling method was used to select 209 main caregivers of burn patients who were admitted to the Burn Department of a gradeⅢhospital in Yinchuan from October 2017 to November 2018.The self-designed general information questionnaire and 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)were used to investigate these 209 caregivers.The factors affecting the quality of life were analyzed.Results In the SF-36 scale,the scores of physiological function,physiological role,body pain,general health,vitality,social function,role of emotion and mental health were(95.98±7.99),(79.43±34.17),(81.58±21.72),(61.03±14.65),(51.32±23.05),(72.13±10.79),(37.48±39.28),and(60.73±20.75)points,respectively.Among them,the scores of general health,vitality,social function,role of emotion,and mental health were lower than the domestic norm(P<0.05).The severity of burns had an impact on the general health,vitality,and mental health scores of caregivers(P<0.05).The burn area had an impact on the caregiver’s vitality and mental health scores(P<0.05).The age and economic status of the caregiver were the influencing factors of their physical health(P<0.05),and the gender,residence,and daily sleep duration were the influencing factors of mental health(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of life of caregivers of burn patients is low.The burn degree,burn area,gender,age,economic status,residence,and daily sleep duration are influencing factors of the quality of life.
