慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者自我管理水平的影响因素

Influencing Factors of Self-Management Level in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨影响慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者自我管理水平的因素。方法选取平顶山市第一人民医院2019年5月至2021年5月收治的67例COPD稳定期患者,采用COPD患者自我管理量表和一般资料调查问卷对患者进行调查,比较不同特征患者自我管理量表评分,分析影响COPD患者自我管理水平的因素。结果67例COPD患者自我管理量表评分平均为(157.13±13.24)分。受教育程度为高中以下、既往住院超过1次、希望水平低下、焦虑抑郁、社会支持度低的COPD患者自我管理量表评分较低(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示,受教育程度为高中以下、既往住院超过1次、希望水平低、焦虑抑郁以及社会支持度低是COPD患者自我管理水平低的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论受教育程度为高中以下、既往住院超过1次、希望水平低、焦虑抑郁以及社会支持度低是COPD患者自我管理水平低的危险因素。

Objective To explore the factors that affect the self-management level of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 67 patients with stable COPD who were admitted to Pingdingshan First People’s Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected.The COPD patient self-management scale and general information questionnaire were used to investigate the patients.Compare the self-management scale scores of patients with different characteristics and analyze the factors that affect the self-management level of COPD patients.Results The average score of the self-management scale for 67 COPD patients was(157.13±13.24)points.COPD patients with education level below high school,more than one hospitalization in the past,low hope,anxiety and depression,and low social support had lower self-management scale scores(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the level of education below high school,more than one hospitalization in the past,low hope,anxiety and depression,and low social support were risk factors for the self-management level of COPD patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Education level below high school,more than one hospitalization in the past,low hope,anxiety and depression,and low social support are risk factors for the self-management level of COPD patients.
