Ruminant Contemplation Level and Its Influencing Factors in Patients with Unstable Angina

目的探讨不稳定型心绞痛患者反刍性沉思水平及其影响因素。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月于商丘市第一人民医院接受诊疗的162例不稳定型心绞痛患者为研究对象,采用反刍性沉思问卷(ERRI)评估患者反刍性沉思水平,分析反刍性沉思水平的影响因素。结果162例不稳定型心绞痛患者反刍性沉思水平评分为(32.63±4.85)分。高中及以上受教育程度、有宗教信仰、家庭支持水平高的不稳定型心绞痛患者反刍性沉思水平较高(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示,高中以下受教育程度、无宗教信仰、家庭支持水平低是不稳定型心绞痛患者反刍性沉思水平低的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论高中以下受教育程度、无宗教信仰、家庭支持水平低是不稳定型心绞痛患者反刍性沉思水平低的影响因素。

Objective To investigate the level of ruminant contemplation and its influencing factors in patients with unstable angina.Methods A total of 162 patients with unstable angina pectoris who were diagnosed and treated at the First People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.Event related rumination inventory(ERRI)was used to assess the level of rumination meditation in patients.The factors affecting the level of ruminating contemplation were analyzed.Results The score of ruminant contemplation in 162 patients with unstable angina was(32.63±4.85)points.Patients with unstable angina pectoris with high school education and above,religious beliefs,and high family support levels had higher level of ruminant contemplation(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the level of education below high school,no religious beliefs,and low family support were the influencing factors of ruminant contemplation in patients with unstable angina(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of education below high school,no religious belief,and low level of family support are the influencing factors for the low level of ruminant contemplation in patients with unstable angina.
