针灸止痛针法配合超声波治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期肩关节疼痛的效果

Effect of Analgesic Acupuncture and Ultrasound on Shoulder Joint Pain in the Recovery Period of Ischemic Stroke

目的分析针灸止痛针法配合超声波治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期肩关节疼痛的效果。方法选择新乡市第一人民医院2019年6月至2020年6月诊治的80例缺血性脑卒中恢复期肩关节疼痛患者,采用随机数表法分成对照组(37例)和观察组(43例)。对照组患者接受针灸止痛针法治疗,观察组患者接受针灸止痛针法配合超声波治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肩部疼痛、日常生活活动能力、血清炎症因子水平。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(95.35%比78.38%,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和血清白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)水平低于对照组(P<0.05),日常生活活动能力(ADL)量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸止痛针法配合超声波治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期肩关节疼痛,可有效减轻炎症反应,缓解肩部疼痛,提高患者日常生活活动能力。

Objective To analyze the effects of analgesic acupuncture combined with ultrasound in the treatment of shoulder pain during recovery from ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with shoulder joint pain during recovery from ischemic stroke who were diagnosed and treated by Xinxiang First People’s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected.The random number table method was used to divide them into control group(37 cases)and observation group(43 cases).Control group received analgesic acupuncture and observation group received analgesic acupuncture combined with ultrasound therapy.The clinical efficacy,shoulder pain,activities of daily living,and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(95.35%vs.78.38%,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with control group,observation group had lower visual analogue scale(VAS)score and serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)levels(P<0.05),and higher activity of daily living(ADL)scale score(P<0.05).Conclusion Analgesic acupuncture combined with ultrasound treatment of shoulder joint pain during recovery from ischemic stroke could effectively reduce inflammation,relieve shoulder pain,and improve patients’activities of daily living.
