摘要
目的探讨以问题为导向的护理教育模式对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者疾病知识认知及依从性的影响。方法选取2019年10月1日至2020年9月1日许昌市中心医院收治的102例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为干预组和对照组,各51例。给予对照组常规护理干预,给予干预组以问题为导向护理教育模式护理干预,对比两组患者疾病知识认知情况、依从性及护理满意度。结果干预后,干预组适当运动、健康饮食、遵医用药、定期复查、戒烟戒酒各项知识掌握程度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组护理满意度评分及依从性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将以问题为导向护理教育模式应用于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者护理干预过程中,可明显提升患者对自身疾病相关知识的认知程度、依从性与护理满意度。
Objective To explore the impact of problem-oriented nursing education model on the knowledge and compliance of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods One hundred and two patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease admitted to Xuchang Central Hospital from October 1,2019 to September 1,2020 were selected as the research objects,and all patients were randomly divided into intervention group(51 cases)and control group(51 cases),the control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group adopted a problem-oriented nursing education model for nursing intervention.The two groups of patients were compared with disease knowledge,compliance and nursing satisfaction.Results After the intervention,the intervention group’s scores of proper exercise,healthy diet,compliance with medical drugs,regular review,smoking cessation and alcohol cessation were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the intervention group’s nursing satisfaction scores and compliance scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of problem-oriented nursing education model in the process of nursing intervention for patients with coronary arteriosclerosis can obviously improve the patients’cognition,compliance and satisfaction with nursing.
