全程无缝SPORT医疗照护模式在Smith骨折患儿中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Whole-Course Seamless SPORT Medical Care Model in Children with Smith Fracture

目的探讨全程无缝SPORT医疗照护模式在Smith骨折患儿中的临床应用效果。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月焦作市人民医院收治的70例Smith骨折患儿作为研究对象,根据护理模式分为研究组(35例)和对照组(35例),对照组接受传统健康教育和护理模式,研究组接受全程无缝SPORT医疗照护模式。比较两组患儿康复效果、生活质量评分、平均住院时长以及护理满意度。结果研究组康复率为97.14%,对照组康复率为82.86%,研究组康复率优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量各项评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组平均住院天数短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理语言、护理操作、健康教育和细节服务满意程度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将全程无缝SPORT医疗照护模式应用于Smith骨折患儿的临床效果较佳,患儿康复效果提高,住院时间缩短,生活质量提高,护理满意度提升,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of the seamless SPORT medical care model in children with Smith fractures.Methods A total of 70 children with Smith fracture patients admitted to Jiaozuo People’s Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the research group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases)according to nursing modes.The control group was received traditional health education and nursing mode,and the research group was received the whole-course seamless SPORT medical care mode.The rehabilitation effect,quality of life score,average length of stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The rehabilitation rate of the research group was 97.14%,and that of the control group was 82.86%.The rehabilitation rate of the research group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the research group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The average length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the scores of nursing language,nursing operation,health education and detail service satisfaction in the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of whole-course seamless SPORT medical care model on children with Smith fractures is better,the rehabilitation effect is significantly improved,the length of hospital stay is shortened,the quality of life is improved,and the nursing satisfaction is significantly improved,which is worthy of popularization and application.
