沙盘游戏联合康复护理对语言发育迟缓患儿的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究沙盘游戏方式结合认知语言康复护理干预对语言发育迟缓患儿的影响。方法选取郑州大学附属郑州中心医院2018年3月至2020年3月收治的74例语言发育迟缓患儿作为研究对象,采用单双数标记法将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组患儿接受常规认知语言康复护理,观察组患儿在对照组基础上联合沙盘游戏训练。分析两组患儿干预后的症状改善及语言功能恢复情况,并比较两组患儿家长满意度。结果观察组干预总有效率[78.38%(29/37)]高于对照组[43.24%(16/37)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的语言能力评分[(78.35±5.26)分]、社会交际能力评分[(84.63±5.17)分]、适应能力评分[(80.57±5.41)分]均高于对照组[(65.38±5.34)、(75.35±5.76)、(68.66±5.18)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长满意度[86.49%(32/37)]高于对照组[51.35%(19/37)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙盘游戏联合认知语言康复护理干预治疗语言发育迟缓儿童,可以改善患儿的语言障碍症状,使其更好地融入语言能力康复训练情景当中,提高患儿语言表达功能。 Objective To explore the influence of sandplay combined with cognitive language rehabilitation nursing on the children with delayed language development.Methods A total of 74 children with delayed language development admitted to the Affiliated Central Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 37 cases each using the odd and even number marker method.Children in the control group received conventional cognitive language rehabilitation care,and children in the observation group were trained in sandplay on the basis of the control group.Analyze the improvement of symptoms and the recovery of language ability of the two groups of children after intervention,and compare the satisfaction of parents of the two groups of children.Results The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was 78.38%(29/37),which was higher than 43.24%(16/37)in the control group(P<0.05).The children’s language ability score[(78.35±5.26)points],social communication ability score[(84.63±5.17)points],and adaptability score[(80.57±5.41)points]of the observation group were higher than those of the control group[(65.38±5.34),(75.35±5.76),(68.66±5.18)points](P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents of children in the observation group was 86.49%(32/37),which was higher than 51.35%(19/37)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sandplay combined with cognitive language rehabilitation nursing intervention in the treatment of children with delayed language development can alleviate the symptoms of language disorders,effectively help to better integrate into the rehabilitation training situation of language ability,and improve the language expression function of children.
