某铝质高速巡逻艇舰炮基座支撑结构形式研究

摘要 舰炮基座及其支撑结构作为舰炮武器系统的载体,是关键的受力部件。本文以某铝质高速巡逻艇为例,通过有限元计算的方法,研究不同形式的支撑结构对舰炮基座区域结构强度、刚度及固有频率的影响。研究结果,对后续铝合金舰炮基座支撑结构的设计具有一定的参考作用。 As the carrier of naval gun weapon system,naval gun seat and its supporting structure are the key bearing components.In this paper,an aluminum high-speed patrol boat is taken as an example to study the effects of different supporting structures on the structure strength,stiffness and natural frequency of naval gun seat area by using finite element method.The research results have a certain enlightening effect on the design of the supporting structure of the follow-up aluminum alloy naval gun seat.
