摘要
文章将纳米银抗菌剂与免烫树脂进行复配,得到一种抗菌免烫复合整理剂,并将其用于棉质衬衫的整理,运用正交试验研究最佳整理工艺,结果表明复合整理剂的最佳整理工艺为复合整理剂浓度155 g/L,带液率70%,常温浸渍,焙烘温度120℃,焙烘时间5 min,优化工艺整理后的棉质衬衫具有优异的抗菌性能和免烫性能。
In this paper,an antibacterial and non-iron complex finishing agent was prepared by compounding the nano-silver antibacterial agent with anti-creasing resin.The complex finishing agent was used for finishing of cotton shirts and orthogonal test was used to study the optimum finishing process.The result showed that the best finishing technology was that the concentration of composite finishing agent was 155 g/L,the liquid carrying rate was 70%,impregnation at room temperature,baking temperature was 120℃and baking time was 5 min.The cotton shirt after optimized finishing process had excellent antibacterial and anti-creasing properties.
