摘要
为量化测试环节对纺织品重金属铅含量测试结果的影响程度,文章按GB/T 17593.1—2006《纺织品重金属的测定第1部分原子吸收分光光度法》,JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和CNAS-TRL-002:2012《纺织品检测测量不确定度的评估及实例》对检测结果的不确定度进行了分析,得出纺织品重金属铅含量的不确定度及主要影响因素,为纺织印染企业、检测人员测定纺织品重金属铅含量提供一定的参考。
In order to quantify the influence of test results on heavy metal lead content in textiles,in accordance with GB/T 17593.1—2006 Textiles-Determination of heavy metals-Part 1:Atomic absorption Spectrophotometry,JJF 1059.1—2012 Evaluation and Expression and uncertainty in measurement and CNAS-TRL-002:2012 Textile inspection,evaluation and example of measurement uncertainty,the test results uncertainty were analyzed.The uncertainty and main influencing factors of heavy metal lead content in textiles were obtained.It provided reference for textile dying enterprises and spectators.
