健脾益肾化痰方联合DP方案化疗治疗中晚期肺鳞癌的疗效分析

Effect of Jianpi Yishen Huatan formula combined with DP chemotherapy on middle-ad⁃vanced stage lung squamous carcinoma

目的:探讨健脾益肾化痰方联合DP方案化疗治疗中晚期肺鳞癌的疗效。方法:选取广西中医药大学第一附属医院肿瘤科2018年1月至2020年1月收治的中晚期肺鳞癌患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予DP方案化疗,第1天静脉滴注多西他赛75 mg/m^(2),第1~3天静脉滴注顺铂80 mg/m^(2);观察组给予健脾益肾化痰方联合DP方案化疗,健脾益肾化痰方1剂/d,早晚各1次,21 d为1个周期,连续治疗4~6个周期,DP方案同对照组。比较两组近期疗效、中医证候积分、免疫功能及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率及疾病控制率均显著高于对照组(55.0%vs 32.5%、85.0%vs 65.0%)(均P<0.05)。观察组中医证候积分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较对照组显著增高(均P<0.05),CD8^(+)较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组骨髓抑制、肝肾功能损伤、胃肠道反应、心脏毒性发生率均显著降低(17.50%vs 37.50%、10.00%vs 35.00%、25.00%vs 47.50%、5.00%vs 22.50%)(均P<0.05)。结论:健脾益肾化痰方联合DP方案化疗治疗中晚期肺鳞癌,可有效控制病情进展,减轻不良反应,改善机体免疫功能。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Jianpi Yishen Huatan formula combined with DP chemotherapy on middle-advanced stage lung squamous carcinoma.Methods:A total of 80 patients with middle-advanced stage lung squamous carcinoma were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received DP chemotherapy,and those in the observation group received Jianpi Yishen Huatan formula combined with DP chemotherapy.The short-term effect,TCM syndrome score,immune function and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and disease control rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(55.0%vs 32.5%,85.0%vs 65.0%)(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and CD8^(+)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of bone marrow suppression,liver and kidney function injury,gastrointestinal reaction and cardiotoxicity in the observation group were significantly lower(17.50%vs 37.50%,10.00%vs 35.00%,25.00%vs 47.50%,5.00%vs 22.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Yishen Huatan formula combined with DP chemotherapy can effectively control disease progression,reduce adverse reactions,and improve immune function in middle-advanced stage lung squamous carcinoma.
