“互联网+”时代高校教师职业道德修养中存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Professional Ethics Cultivation of College and University Teachers in the“In⁃ternet+”Era

在“互联网+”时代背景下,随着在线课程的兴起以及网络信息的爆炸性、复杂性和多元性,高校教师的职业道德面临严峻挑战。目前高校教师的职业道德修养存在一些不同程度的失范现象,如理想信念淡化、言论失当、育人意识淡薄、学术功利倾向严重等,而现代高校教师职业道德修养对高等教育质量起着至关重要的作用。因此,党和政府对高校教师的职业道德修养提出了新的、更高的要求。该文对信息、知识大爆炸的互联网时代背景下高校教师职业道德面临的各种问题进行了系统分析,并针对这些问题提出了建设性的解决策略,以期能够提升高校教师职业道德修养。

In the era of“Internet+”,with the advent of economic globalization and the explosion,complexity and pluralism of information and knowledge,as well as students’online courses,the professional ethics of college and university teachers is facing severe challenges.However,there are some abnormal phenomena in the professional ethics cultivation of college and university teachers in different degrees currently,such as desalinization of ideals and beliefs,improper speech,shallow awareness of education,serious academic utilitarian tendency,etc.,thus,new and higher requirements are put forward for the professional ethics cultivation of college and university teachers.In this paper,the problems and challenges faced by college and university teachers were systematically analyzed in this study.Furthermore,constructive solutions were put forward to these problems and challenges in order to improve the professional ethics of college and university teachers.
