扎根理论视角下农村青年教师流失成因探析——以保定市Z县为样本 被引量:1

摘要 农村的振兴与发展离不开农村教育发展的支持,影响农村教育发展的一个关键性因素则是农村教师队伍的建设。因此,加强农村教师队伍建设有利于农村的振兴与发展。当前农村教师队伍中的青年教师流失问题对农村教师队伍结构的稳定和优化产生了巨大的消极影响,由此可知,重视农村青年教师流失问题有利于农村教师队伍的建设。该文以保定市Z县为样本,在农村青年教师访谈的基础上,运用扎根理论的分析方法,对保定市Z县农村青年教师流失的成因进行了分析,构建了影响因素的模型,并基于影响因素的分析,有针对性地提出相应建议。 The revitalization and development of rural areas are inseparable from the support of rural education development.A key factor affecting the development of rural education is the construction of rural teachers.Therefore,strengthening the construction of rural teachers is conducive to the revitalization and development of rural areas.At present,the loss of young teachers in rural teachers has a great negative impact on the stability and optimization of the structure of rural teachers.Therefore,paying attention to the loss of rural young teachers is conducive to the construction of rural teachers.Taking Z County of Baoding City as a sample,based on the interview of rural young teachers,this paper analyzes the causes of the loss of rural young teachers in Z County of Baoding city by using the analysis method of grounded theory,constructs the model of influencing factors,and puts forward targeted suggestions based on the analysis of influencing factors.
