高校教师党支部在推进师德师风建设中作用发挥机制探究

Research on the Mechanism of Giving Play to the Role of University Teachers’Party Branches in Promoting the Construction of Teachers’Ethics

高校教师党支部是高校教师的精神家园和组织家园,对促进师德师风建设有重要意义。针对教师党支部对自身政治引领作用认识不够、师德师风建设缺乏系统性、师德师风建设方法不多等问题,该文从高校教师党支部标准化建设中的强化支委会班子建设标准化、党员教育培训标准化、作用发挥标准化等环节着手,提升高校教师师德师风建设水平,落实立德树人根本任务。

As the spiritual home and organizational home of university teachers,the Party branch of university teachers is of great significance to promote the construction of teachers’ethics.Facing the problems of teachers’Party branches,such as insufficient awareness of their own political leading role,lack of systematicity in the construction of teachers’ethics,and lack of methods to strengthen the construction of teachers’ethics,this paper improves the level of teachers’ethics construction in universities and implements the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents through the standardized construction of university teachers’Party branches by strengthening the standardized construction of the branch committee,the standardized education and training of Party members,and standardized way of playing the role.
