提升党校主体班教学质量的思考

Thoughts on Improving the Teaching Quality of Main Part Classes in Party Schools

党校主体班教学一直以来都是党校课堂教学关注的重点,其教学质量高低直接关系党的理论教育和党性教育的水平和受众培训效果。主体班教学质量提升是一项特殊性、系统性工程。特殊性表现为,主体班教学强调政治性、理论性、历史性和现实性;系统性体现在,党校的师资队伍建设不同于其他学校,软件建设水平要与硬件建设相匹配,班主任要选优配强。该文根据习近平总书记关于党校工作重要讲话精神和《中国共产党党校(行政学院)工作条例》要求,针对党校主体班教学质量提升展开初步思考。

The teaching of main part classes in party schools has always been the focus of classroom teaching.Its quality directly relates to the Party’s theoretical education and Party spirit education,and the effect of training.The improvement of the teaching quality of main part classes is also a special and systematic project.The particularity is manifested in that the teaching of main part classes emphasizes politics,theory,history,and reality,and the system is reflected in the fact that the construction of the teaching staff of Party schools is different from other schools.The level of software construction must match that of hardware construction,and selection of class teachers must be strict.This paper aims to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on the work of Party schools and the requirements of the“Regulations on the Work of the Party School of the Communist Party of China(School of Administration)”,and carry out preliminary thinking on the improvement of the teaching quality of main part classes.
