Meteorological cadre education and training is important for the growth of the meteorological cadre team.Curriculum system is the soul of the training system.This paper tries to explore the curriculum system of the meteorological cadre education and training in terms of the construction idea,frame,practice,and safeguard,helping to solve the cadre training strategy for the sustainable development of Shanghai meteorological industry.
