摘要
随着我国民航业进入高质量发展阶段,对于乘务员及相关岗位的服务人员提出了更高的要求,促进民航服务人员综合素质的提升是民航业高质量发展的重要部分。本课题以空中乘务专业主干课程“民航服务礼仪”为例,研究依托建构主义教学理论,从课程的特点、课程教学方法的改革等方面探索民航服务礼仪有效的教学模式。将建构主义的教学理念融入民航服务礼仪课的教学方法改革,探索多种教学方法在课程中的运用,达到以学生为主导、主动构建知识体系、提升学习主动性和学习质量的目的。
China’s civil aviation industry is about to enter a stage of high-quality development,and higher requirements are put forward for flight attendants and service personnel in related positions.Promoting the improvement of the overall quality of civil aviation service personnel is an important part of the highquality development of the civil aviation industry.Taking the main course“Etiquette of Civil Aviation Service”as an example,this paper,based on the constructivist teaching theory,explores the effective teaching mode of the course from analyzing the characteristics of the course to reforming the teaching methods of the course.By guiding the application of the teaching concept of constructivism in the teaching method reform of the course,it explores the application of multiple teaching methods in the course,in order to enhance the learning initiative and quality of students based on their autonomous construction of the knowledge system.
