Let the Happiness of Sharing Fill the Classroom

在新课标的要求下,语文教师在课堂教学中应当学会充当共享者的角色,在教学过程中,师生积极互动,最终实现共同发展,共同进步。教师想要成为一名优秀的共享者,需要培养四点能力:第一,在课堂教学中创设民主氛围的能力。第二,学会做平等中的首席的能力。第三,学会倾听的能力。第四,培养学生思考表达的能力。

Under the requirements of the new curriculum standards,Chinese teachers should learn to act as a sharer in classroom teaching.In the teaching process,the teacher and students actively interact to achieve common development and progress.To become an excellent sharer,one need to develop the four abilities of teachers.The first is the ability to create a democratic atmosphere in classroom teaching.The second is the ability to learn to be the chief among equals.The third is the ability to listen.The fourth is the ability to cultivate students’ability of thinking and expression.
