井冈山精神是马克思主义中国化的开篇巨作,承载着丰富的精神内涵和深刻的历史印记,是开展思想政治教育的红色基因。奋斗精神是时代新人的鲜明表征,井冈山精神与奋斗精神具有内在契合性,把握井冈山精神科学内涵,厘清时代新人奋斗精神要义,剖析新时代青年奋斗精神现状,从理想信念、吃苦耐劳、开拓创新三个方面阐明井冈山精神对培育时代新人奋斗精神的重要作用,探究培育时代新人奋斗精神的实施路径。

Jinggangshan spirit,the first masterpiece of the Sinicization of Marxism,bearing rich spiritual connotation and profound historical imprint,is the red gene of carrying out ideological and political education.The spirit of struggle is a distinct representation of the new generation of the times.The spirit of Jinggangshan and the spirit of struggle have an internal fit.We should grasp the scientific connotation of Jinggangshan spirit,clarify the essence of the spirit of struggle of the new generation,analyze the current situation of the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era,and clarify the role of Jinggangshan Spirit in cultivating the spirit of struggle of the new generation from four aspects:ideal and belief,patriotism,hard work,and seeking truth from facts to explore the implementation path of cultivating new generation’s struggle spirit.
