校园足球优秀教练员大五人格与工作倦怠的关系:自我效能感的中介效应 被引量:2

The Relationship between OCEAN and Burnout of Excellent Campus Football Coaches:the mediating effect of self-efficacy

摘要 我国校园足球大力发展,足球教练员良好的自我效能感和低工作倦怠感是高效工作的前提,完善的人格也是影响校园足球教练员工作状况的重要影响因素。调查了浙江省11个地级市八十余所校园足球教练员,采用问卷调查和李克特量表的方法收集整理并使用统计学软件分析了得到数据。结果发现:自我效能感维度和影响人格的五项因素中的外倾、宜人、责任的衡量程度具有更为显著的负相关关系,自我效能感和职业倦怠感呈显著负相关。通过因果逐步回归检验方法的验证,研究得出自我效能感可以作为五大人格和工作倦怠之间的中间变量的结论。校园足球优秀教练员个体的人格和自我效能感可以作为有效的影响因素,用来预测其发生工作倦怠感的可能,为校园足球优秀教练员的筛选和培养起到重要作用。 China campus football is developing vigorously.A good sense of self-efficacy and low job burnout of football coaches are the prerequisites for efficient work.Perfect personality is also an important factor affecting the working conditions of campus football coaches.In this work,the coaches of more than 80 primary school football schools in 11 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province are investigated by a specially designed questionnaire based on Likert scale with statistic software.It is shown that there exists a more significant negative correlation between the dimension of self-efficacy and the measurement of extraversion,agreeableness,and responsibility.And a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy and job burnout is also founded.According to the causality stepwise regression test,self-efficacy can be used as an intermediate variable between OCEAN personality and job burnout.The personality and self-efficacy of campus football trainers can be used as the influencing factors to predict the possibility of job burnout,which can be applied to the selection and training of football coaches.
