微细粒级磁铁矿石选矿试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为简化选厂磁铁矿生产工艺,提高金属回收率,降低选矿成本,试验采用“高压辊磨-湿式预选-阶段磁选-尾矿再磨磁选”工艺,充分利用两段塔磨机细磨,降低磨矿成本,高效电磁精选尾矿再磨再选,铁精矿产率提高15%左右,大幅度提高了选厂效益。 In order to simplify the magnetite production process of the beneficiation plant,increase the metal recovery rate and reduce the cost of beneficiation,the process of high pressure roller mill-wet pre-separation-stage magnetic separation-tailings regrinding magnetic separation is used for the test to make full use of the two-stage tower mill for fine grinding,reduce the cost of grinding and high efficient electro-magnetic finisher separation and tailing regrinding&rebeneficiation.The yield of iron concentrate is increased by about 15%,which greatly improves the efficiency of the beneficiation plant.
