摘要
针对秘鲁太平洋沿岸钾、纳、氯离子含量较高的铁矿资源,利用淡水选矿和海水选矿-淡水洗矿工艺分别进行处理,对两种工艺流程的过滤作业和浓缩作业进行方案比较。淡水选矿的工艺为:铁精矿-浓缩-过滤,尾矿-浓缩,尾矿底流质量浓度65%;海水选矿-淡水洗矿的工艺为:精矿浓缩-过滤-淡水搅拌-过滤,尾矿-浓缩,尾矿底流质量浓度38%。通过对铁精矿指标,职工定员,可比经营费,可比投资进行方案对比得出,两种方案均能获得优秀的铁精矿指标,在投资及经营费用、职工定员、场地占用上看,淡水选矿方案优于海水选矿-淡水洗矿方案,综合考虑选择淡水选矿方案。
In view of the iron ore resources with high potassium,sodium and chloride ion content along the Pacific coast of Peru,the process of mineral processing with fresh water and mineral processing with seawater-washing ores with fresh water is used for treatment respectively.Through the options comparison of iron concentrate index,staff quota,comparable operating cost and comparable investment,it is concluded that the both options can obtain excellent iron concentrate index.In terms of investment,operating cost,staff quota and site occupation,the option of mineral processing with fresh water is superior to that of mineral processing with seawater-washing ores with freshwater,so the option of mineral processing with freshwater is comprehensively considered.
