外国学者关于儿童青少年时期身体行为对肌肉健康影响的研究进展与启示 被引量:2

摘要 目的:为丰富我国儿童青少年(3~18周岁)行为方式与肌肉体质健康的相关性,通过检索Pub-Med,Web of science(WOS)、PsycINFO、SPORTDiscus等数据库系统综述了2000年1月—2019年12月有关儿童青少年行为方式与肌肉体质健康相关文献,其行为方式涵盖了体力活动、久坐行为和睡眠。研究结果:1)儿童青少年肌肉体质健康和体力活动之间存在正向关系;2)客观测量的体力活动水平等级对促进儿童青少年肌肉体质健康存在极大的影响,较大强度的体力活动水平影响效果尤为明显;3)儿童青少年肌肉体质健康与久坐行为之间无统计学意义关联;4)儿童青少年肌肉体质健康与睡眠之间的关系尚不清晰。结论:儿童青少年肌肉体质健康和体力活动水平存在一定的正向关联,尤其是较大强度的运动。久坐行为、睡眠对肌肉体质健康的影响还需要实证研究。 Objective:In order to enrich the correlation between the behavioral styles of children and adolescents(3-18 years old)in my country and their muscular fitness,this study systematically reviewed the databases of Pub-Med,Web of science(WOS),PsycINFO,SPORTDiscus,etc.from January 2000 to 2019.Documents related to children's and adolescents'behavioral patterns and muscular health in December 2005,and their behavioral patterns cover physical activity,sedentary behavior and sleep.Research results:1)There is a positive relationship between children's and adolescents'muscular health and physical activity;2)The objectively measured levels of physical activity have a great impact on the promotion of children's and adolescents'muscular health,especially the effect of high-intensity physical activity level;3)There is no statistically significant association between the muscular health of children and adolescents and sedentary behavior;4)The relationship between the muscular health of children and adolescents and sleep is not clear.Conclusion:There is a certain positive correlation between the muscular physical health of children and adolescents and the level of physical activity,especially for high-intensity sports.The effects of sedentary behavior and sleep on muscle health still need empirical research.
