中医运动养生教学中思政元素的挖掘与探索

The Excavation and Exploration of Course Ideology and Politics in Traditional Chinese Medicine Exercise Health Preserving Teaching

中医运动养生有着深厚的中医药文化内涵、运动健康养生理念及运动养生实践经验,其教学中蕴含了大量的思想政治教育元素,这对“把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程”理念的实施有着无可比拟的天然优势。从落实立德树人根本任务、传承中华优秀文化、化解高校学生身心问题三方面入手探讨中医运动养生教学的思政教育价值,并以中医运动养生教学为载体,结合广州中医药大学中医运动养生相关教学内容,从家国情怀、生命智慧、德礼兼蓄、文化自信四个方面深入挖掘中医运动养生教学中的思政元素。旨在通过教学实践,实现知识传授和价值引领有机统一,以期为发挥中医运动养生课程的育人功能提供有力的理论支撑与教学范式,为当代大学生深入开展课程思政教育提供新的方法和思路。

The teaching of exercise for health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine with profound connotation of traditional Chinese medicine culture,sports health maintenance concept and practical experience of sports health care,contains a large number of ideological and political education elements,which has an incomparable natural advantage in the implementation of the concept of"crossing ideological and political work throughout the whole process of education and teaching".This article discusses the ideological and political educational value of traditional Chinese medicine's sports health care from three aspects:implementing the fundamental task of Morality Education,inheriting the excellent Chinese culture and solving the physical and mental problems of college students.Besides,this article takes the exercise for health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine as the carrier,combining with the relevant teaching content of traditional Chinese medicine at Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and excavates the ideological and political elements of traditional Chinese medicine's exercise for health teaching from the perspective of national conditions,life wisdom,consummation of morality and civility and cultural self-confidence deeply.This article aims to realize the organic unity of knowledge transfer and value through teaching practice,in order to provide favorable theoretical support and teaching paradigm for giving full play to the educational function of exercise for health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide new methods and ideas for contemporary college students to carry out course ideology and politics in depth.
