新工科背景下翻转课堂教学模式在大学体育教学中的应用研究 被引量:21

摘要 当前大学体育教学存在课内外一体化教学改革进入瓶颈期、个性化与人本化缺失、工具性与人文性失衡、教学评价方式单一、不科学等问题。新工科建设给学校体育教学改革提出新的要求,引入翻转课堂教学模式,符合现代信息化教学发展趋势,具有培养综合型人才、以人为本、个性化发展、优化体育教学资源、完善体育教学评价体系等优势。推进翻转课堂教学受到的阻力主要表现为学生自我学习能力不强、教师能力和经历受到挑战、体育场地器材设备供应不足等方面。推进翻转课堂教学需加强学生学习意识及能力的培养、提高体育教师的综合素质、加大场馆设施建设和优化管理、完善学校信息化教学条件、提高安全防范工作等。 At present,there are some problems in college physical education,such as the bottleneck period of integrated teaching reform in and out of class,the lack of individualization and humanism,the imbalance between instrumentality and humanity,the single way of teaching evaluation,and unscientific.New engineering construction puts forward new requirements for school physical education reform.The introduction of Flipped classroom teaching mode is in line with the development trend of modern information-based teaching.It has the advantages of training comprehensive talents,people-oriented,personalized development,optimizing physical education teaching resources,and improving physical education evaluation system.There are some obstacles to promote the Flipped classroom teaching,such as students'weak self-learning ability,teachers'ability and experience being challenged,and the lack of supply of sports equipment.To carry out flipped classroom teaching,we need to pay attention to the cultivation of students'learning awareness and ability,improve the comprehensive quality of physical education teachers,increase the construction of sports venues and facilities,optimize the site management,further improve the school's information-based teaching conditions,and increase the security work.
