摘要
提出了一种将工业废泥浆水重新利用到烧结系统的方案,目的是通过设置喷泥浆装置的方法,使含有颗粒物的工业废水重新进入烧结原料中,变废为宝,节约水资源的同时提高散料利用率。该技术方案已经在实践中取得良好效果。随后,又提出一种对喷水管的吊挂系统的改进方案,该方案利用钢丝绳和钢丝绳夹形成可任意长度调节的吊挂装置,代替原有的调节范围有限的连接板,相比以往更容易调节和更换,也更容易将装置调节至设计位置,最大发挥其性能,从而有助于混合机整个装置系统的稳定运行。最后对其他改进方案做了简要说明,其中喷水管吊挂钢丝绳增设配重以替代弹簧调节装置,方案原理简单易于实现。
This paper introduces a proposal of reusing industrial waste slurry water to the sintering system,the purpose of which is to make industrial wastewater containing particulate matter re-enter sintering raw materials by setting slurry spraying device,so as to recycle waste water,save water resources and improve the utilization rate of spillage materials.This technical proposal has achieved good results in practice.Then,this paper introduces an improved proposal of hanging system of spray pipe.In this proposal,the wire rope and wire rope clamp are used to form a hanging device which can be adjusted at any length,instead of the original connecting plate with limited adjustment range.Compared with the past,it is easier to adjust and replace the device,and it is easier to adjust the device to the designed position,so as to maximize its performance,thus contributing to the stable operation of the whole system of the mixer.Finally,in this paper other improvement proposals are briefly explained,among the proposals,the hanging wire rope for the spray pipe is provided with counterweight to replace the spring adjusting device,the principle of this proposal is simple and easy to realize.
