新商科院校教师国际化素养发展的探索--基于北京地区高职院校调查数据的分析

摘要 基于课题组针对北京地区高职院校问卷调查的结果,梳理出新商科教师的国际化素养现状。从总体上看,新商科院校教师国际化素养处于中等略偏上水平。在“双高”“特高”发展背景下,学校应高度重视教师的国际化素养培育工作。在顶层设计上制定好相关制度,抓住关键人群,注重国际化课程建设,采取多形式、多层次的途径,通过实施有重点、高质量的培训内容等来促进教师国际化素养的提升。 Based on the results of the questionnaire survey of vocational colleges in Beijing,sorted out the international literacy status of teachers in new business subject.On the whole,the international literacy of teachers in new business subject is slightly in the medium level.Under the background of"double high"and"extremely high"development,schools should attach great importance to the cultivation of teachers'international literacy.In the top-level design,the relevant systems are formulated,grasp the key groups,pay attention to the construction of international courses,adopt multi-forms and multi-level ways,and promote the improvement of teachers'international literacy through the implementation of key and high-quality training content.
